The MS-HCA prepares patient-care professionals, health administrators, or management professionals to better accomplish the triple aim of improving access to care, impacting the quality of care, and reducing the overall cost of care in a variety of healthcare settings by increased skills in workforce recruitment and retention, financial management, organizational development, health law and policy, population health, and communication.

The fully online media-rich MS-HCA curriculum was developed by faculty at five partner campuses: UW-LaCrosse, UW-Parkside, UW-Platteville, UW-Stevens Point, and UW-Stout. Instruction may originate from any of these universities to utilize the academic strengths of the partner institutions.
